Songs of the Mediterranean 🌊🎶
As summer approaches, Theano Papadaki (soprano) and Sholto Kynoch (piano) present a vibrant programme inspired by Greek and Italian musical traditions. The recital journeys from Monteverdi and Strozzi to Italian folksong arrangements by Luciano Berio, alongside Greek songs in versions by Yannis Constantinidis and Maurice Ravel. A richly textured evening of Mediterranean colour and storytelling.
