How we work and where we work has changed remarkably since the COVID-19 pandemic, notably with the shift to remote and online modes. Isabel Berwick will discuss what’s driving remote working—from generational preferences to digital connectivity—and probe the flip side: impacts on creativity, cohesion and organisational culture as hybrid models take hold.

Berwick—editorial lead for the FT’s Women in Business Forum and host of the “Working It” podcast—draws on her experience and her book The Future-Proof Career to outline the challenges and opportunities shaping a more flexible, human-centred world of work.
